The Mac Daddy! For this one we strip your bike right down to the frame and rebuild her back up. Bolts are pulled, re-greased and properly torqued, the frame is cleaned and polished and all cables and housings and are replaced. Wheels are trued, hubs, headset and bottom bracket are disassembled and cleaned, then re-packed with waterproof grease and new bearings** and are adjusted to perfection. All this and the labour to install any other parts required including a spoke or two.

The wheels effect vertical flex, horizontal flex, moment of inertia weight, and aerodynamics. We at Hammer City Cycle believe that how a wheel is built is as important as the components it is built from. All of our wheels are built by a DT Swiss Certified wheel builder to exacting standards of spoke length, spoke tension, number of spokes and stress releasing. We use only the finest tools and products assuring that all of our wheels perform to their maximum potential. Guaranteed.

Labour Starting at $39.95

All suspension manufacturers have recommended service intervals for their forks and shocks with good reason and we should all follow them. A little preventative maintenance from a United Bicycle Institute Certified Suspension Technologist goes a long way in keeping pivots, shocks and forks working their best and helps avoid premature wear. We do everything, except re-charging nitrogen, in-house to get you back on your bike as soon as possible. We also do custom suspension set-up so all that high tech gear preforms at it’s peak.

Can’t find exactly what you’re looking for on any one’s sales floor? Looking for that dream machine? Custom builds are our specialty here at Hammer City Cycle. We’ll sit down with you and listen to you’re every desire and figure out exactly how to make your dream come true. From grips to chain every part of the bike will be matched to your vision then professionally and meticulously assembled. Final pricing varies depending on clients vision, but consultation and labour fees will be deducted from the final price of the bike.

Just because you don’t see it listed here doesn’t mean we don’t do it! Everything from glueing tubulars to bleeding hydraulic brakes and everything in-between is professionally done here in our workshop and pricing is based on our standard $60 per hour shop rate. Our minimum labour charge is $6.00

That’s right, The Electronic Tune-Up. For this one we take your Di2 E-Tube equipped bike (sorry original Di2 Dura-Ace owners) and preform all the services of our Complete Tune-Up PLUS a check of the firmware of your battery and all peripherals and if you’re interested we can customize the shifting set-up to your specifications. They’re just buttons and we can make them do whatever your heart desires! Of course the installation labour* costs of any parts or consumables required is included as well.
